Our Lamb is Grown

  • Hormone and antibiotic free

  • Fresh frozen and packaged at the butcher

  • Ground lamb is packaged at approximately 1 lb. per package

  • Loin and Rib Chops generally come 2 to a package.

  • Leg steaks packed one to a package.

  • Roasts vary in size and are generally boneless

We don't always have lamb going to the butcher, so special orders appreciated at least 3 months in advance.
